In a tightly contested election, Aôndona Dajoh has emerged as the Speaker of the 10th Benue State House of Assembly.
The election, which took place earlier today, witnessed intense competition between Aôndona Dajoh and Becky Orpin.
During the first round of voting, both candidates secured an equal number of votes, with Aôndona Dajoh and Becky Orpin each receiving 16 votes.
However, in the second round of voting, Aôndona Dajoh gained an additional vote, bringing his total to 17, while Becky Orpin secured 15 votes.
