The Presidential Election Petition Court has adjourned the petition against Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, and his party by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, until May 17, 2023.

Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress was declared the winner of the February 25 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
