Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the former governor of Kano State, has been suspended from the party by the APC executives of Ganduje Ward in the Dawanki Tofa Local Government Area of Kano State.
Haliru Gwanzo, the Ganduje ward’s legal advisor, along with other executive members, announced the suspension during a media event in Kano on Monday.
They cited the Kano State High Court’s Dollar video corruption accusation against him as the basis for the suspension, which was put on hold while the case was being resolved.
The ward executives believe that he cannot be a party member in Ganduje ward in light of such an accusation that disparages ward members. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
