‘Bolsonaro Supporters’: Police Detain 1,200 Protesters In Brazilian Invasion

The Brazil government has detained at least 1,200 protesters. They were detained by police on Monday following the invasion of the Brazil’s capital buildings on Sunday.

It was gathered that, the authorities have also started dismantling the tent city where supporters of the former nation’s president, Jair Bolsonaro, had been camping out since he lost the last October’s election.

Thousands of Bolsonaro supporters broke into government buildings in the capital, Brasília, on Sunday to stage protest what they claimed was a stolen election. This led to their detention by the government.
