Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, Phyna has expressed frustration after being refused entry to Kaly Restaurant and Bar Lounge in Victoria Island, Lagos, due to indecent dressing.

The reality star took to her X handle on Sunday evening to share her experience, revealing that she was denied entry from the entrance.

Phyna was told her outfit—a black backless gown that exposed her chest and cleavage—was considered inappropriate for the establishment.

Captioning a video of herself in the dress, she wrote,

“So I went to have dinner at one CALI RESTAURANT Abi what they call the place 😂😂😂 omo they said I’m dressed indecently and I can’t enter o. WTF!!!!!”

The incident has sparked a variety of reactions, with both supporters and critics weighing in on the situation.

Some backed the restaurant’s decision, emphasising the importance of upholding standards, while others criticized the establishment, accusing it of being discriminatory.

An X user, #iknownimos, said: “What’s wrong with the dressing, I think people are still stuck with that African mentality. Anyway, it’s the restaurant’s loss, I hope they said it in a polite manner. If not, you sue.”
