Actor Femi Bright Recounts Harrowing Claim of Wîtches Meeting in His Home

Actor Femi Bright has shared a startling personal story, claiming he once woke up to find witches holding a meeting in his own house. He recounted the incident during a television interview, describing how he heard a woman’s voice comment on him from the corridor one night, which he initially dismissed.

The next morning, troubled by the event, he told his family he believed evil forces were gathering in their home, but they did not take him seriously. About two weeks later, while on a film set at a church, Bright said someone in a spiritual trance urgently asked to speak to him. According to Bright, the person’s first words were, “Father, the witches are meeting in your house,” a statement that confirmed his earlier suspicions.

The actor also revealed another claim: that a spiritualist once told him a popular colleague in Nollywood had attempted to “steal his glory” through witchcraft. He attributed the failure of this alleged attempt to his own spiritual protection through prayer, and noted that another actor, Ara Osan, took him to an Islamic cleric (Alfa) who reportedly corroborated the story of spiritual interference from a rival.
