Gideon Bitrus Gijuwa, a Geology graduate of Adamawa State University (ADSU) in Mubi, has been brutally stabbed to death by unidentified criminals.
It was gathered that the incident took place in Mararaba, a suburb located between Abuja and Nasarawa.
Gideon, a native of Mubi Local Government Area, had traveled to Mararaba to collect a waybill when the tragic incident occurred.
Details surrounding the motive for the attack remain unknown as investigators work tirelessly to gather more information.
At the scene of the incident, an NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) identity card was found on the deceased, revealing that Gideon was a batch A corps member currently serving in Abuja.
After being stabbed, Gideon was immediately rushed to Mararaba Hospital, located in Abuja/Nasarawa, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
