Men of the Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) have assisted the Borno State Government in supporting victims affected by the flood that rocked major parts of Maiduguri the state capital.
In a video the Yobe agency shared on Thursday, 12th of September, 2024, they could be seen rescuing victims trapped in the flood.
The caption reads:
