One Veteran English actor best known for playing Sir Arnold Robinson, Cabinet Secretary in Yes Minister between the year 1980 and 1984 has passed on at age 94.
The Nettleton’s agent, Scott Marshall Partners confirmed the incident in a statement reported on Friday.
The statement read,
“It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved client and much-loved stage and screen actor John Nettleton at the age of 94.
“He is survived by his wife Deirdre, three children and five grandchildren.”
Nettleton’s television credits include another political role as a Conservative MP in the British sitcom The New Statesman.
Nettleton, born in London on 5th of February, 1929, also appeared in detective dramas Midsomer Murders and Foyle’s War and the long-running medical series, Casualty.
