The war between Russian and Ukraine entered fourth week.
The Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky declared that Russian had pass their boundary.
In a live interview with the Ukrainian President by the NBC News on the Thursday 17th of March 2022, He wailed out that the West for not doing enough to stop Invading Russian.
President Zelensky said Russia had begun to pass their boundary the moment its soldier began to slay Ukrainian civilians and children.
The president stated that World War III had already begun and the world leaders should not watch while Ukraine falls.
Refugees have fled from Ukraine to other part of the world since the invasion started three weeks ago now the fourth week.
President Zelensky stated that nobody knew when or how the war would come to an end.
