Banky W owns 100% master rights of all the songs Wizkid released under his record label, EME, which include his breathethrough album, “Superstar” And his second album, “Ayo” and will be collecting royalties from them forever.
According to their contract, Wizkid was supposed to stay under his label till he released his 5th album, “Made In Lagos” Then Banky W will take 100% rights to all his 5 albums and let him go.

“I think he still owes me like 3 albums. But after his second album, international labels came for him and I realized that his destiny was so bright and he’ll grow to be the global superstar that he is today. “
“And I told him that: ‘Look, the amount of grace and greatness that God has prepared for you, even the devîl cannot stop you. “
“The only person that can stop you is you if you don’t make the right decisions for yourself.’ So he left EME even though he was owing me 3 albums and I have never complained. “
“I was never mean to Wizkid because I gave him one of the best record deals at the time.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>>
