Kashim Shettima, the Nigeria Vice President interacted with some Nigerian students in China during his trip to China for a summit.
This was conveyed in a statement shared on his official X page as the Vice President of Nigeria on Tuesday, 17th of October, 2023.
According to the statement, Shettima met with the students during a series of activities in China for the 3rd Belt and Road Initiative Forum.
It read,
“In a series of activities today on arrival in Beijing, China, for the 3rd Belt and Road Initiative Forum, Vice President Kashim Shettima was received at the Nigerian Embassy in China by the Nigerian Ambassador, Baba Ahmad Jidda.
“The Vice President, who later met with some Nigerian students in China, also took time to address ECOWAS Ambassadors in China as well as staff of the Nigerian Embassy in Beijing.”
It could be recalled that the Vice President departed Nigeria to represent President Tinubu at the 3rd Belt and Road Initiative Forum in Beijing, China, scheduled to hold from October 16 to 18, 2023. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>>
