V!gilante Neutral!ze Three Suspected GÜnm€n In Anambra Community (Video)

The people of Okija in Ihiala local government area of Anambra State are in a state of frenzy and relief following a successful operation by members of the Anambra Vigilante Group (AVG), resulting in the killing of three suspected gunmen. The incident unfolded in the early hours of Monday when approximately 15 armed assailants invaded the community.

Reports indicate that the unsuspecting gunmen stormed the camp of the vigilante members, under the false assumption that they were asleep.

To their surprise, the AVG members were prepared and swiftly retaliated. Armed with AK-47 rifles and various charms hanging from their necks, waists, hands, and legs, the gunmen opened fire on the vigilant group.

Little did they know that they had stepped into the lion’s den. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, one AVG member recounted the events, declaring, “Let them continue coming; we are ready for them, nonsense people.”

Efforts to obtain an official statement from the Anambra Police spokesman, Ikenga Tochukwu, were futile as his phone was switched off.

However, an anonymous senior police officer confirmed the incident, affirming that the Anambra Command is collaborating with vigilance groups and other sister agencies to establish Anambra as the safest state in the country.
