The Salvation Proclaimer Ministries Limited SPAC has been ordered closed down by a UK High Court.
According to a statement issued out by the United Kingdom Court, the courted gave the closure order on the 9th of June, 2022.
The Church which is popularly known as SPAC Nation, is run by Tobi Adegboyega, a Nigerian-born in public interest.
The London-based church was rock knocked as a result of failure to account for more than £1.87 million of outgoing and operating which amount to to lack of accountancy and transparency.
The UK court noted that the popular SPAC nation church was established for the sole purpose of charity to advance Christianity, and was incorporated in the year 2012.
However, following the judgement, by the Uk court which was presided over by Juge Burton gave the order with the Official Receiver appointed as liquidator that the SPAC church should be closed down.
