The Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde has congratulated Ademola Adeleke, the osun state governor elect over victory.
The governor on his social media handle shared congratulatory message following the victory of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in osun state.
Makinde who notes that truly power belongs to the people said “On behalf of the government and the good people of Oyo State, I congratulate the Governor-Elect, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke and the people of Osun State on this victory. It’s great to have a second PDP flag flying in the southwest.
Truly, power resides with the people” He said
Ademola Adeleke won the Osun Governorship Election that was held yesterday in Osun state, under the umbrella of people’s Democratic Party, PDP, knocking down the sitting Governor, Oyetola Gboyega.
