A suspected thieves got what he bargained for after he was caught stealing by local residents.
In a video sighted by freshreporters, the thief was spotted squirting with a wood placed in between his legs.
Residents of the area who caught him also get him a bucket full of water to fetch and pour into an empty bucket using basket.
The video showed how he thief was crying bitterly while trying to carryout the almost impossible punishment. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
