Maresca, New Chelsea manager has replied when asked about racinst chants case and he has clarified the situation.
The new Chelsea boss noted that all issues have been resolved pertaining to the chant made by Enzo Fernandez following the Argentine victory in the last Copa America.
Joyous Enzo threw a shade at some of his colleagues. The shade sparked reactions from some of his Chelsea teammate, which they saw as racism.
Although, Enzo later apologized and clarified that he never meant those words. Confirming the statement, Maresca said,
“I don’t think there’ll be problems with Enzo, when he returns. There were no bad intentions, so I spoke with Enzo and the other players… for sure it’s all clear now”.
“It’s all clarified by the player and the club, they both released a statement… there are no bad guys here”.
