Unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have reportedly abducted a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member identified as Michael Chukwu.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, June 7, according to Moses Ochada, who shared the information in a Facebook post on Thursday, June 8.
Moses Ochada, a friend of the victim, revealed that the abductors have contacted Chukwu’s family, demanding a ransom for his release.
Chukwu, a graduate of Kogi State University, is currently serving as a corp member in Ebonyi state. Ochada described him as a dedicated member of the Nigerian Federation of Catholic Students (NFCS) and emphasized the need for prayers and support for his safe return.
