A renowned human rights activist, Adeyanju Deji, and the Convener of Concerned Nigerians, has again declared his support for the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU to continue with its industrial action until all their demands are met by the federal government of Nigeria.
Deji who is a socio-political activist also urged the striking university teachers to resist any form of bullying from the federal government.
Declaring his support total, the human right activist added that if Nigeria varsity are well funded, many others will not be paying millions to study in private schools.
According to him “ASUU has my 100% support to continue the strike. They should resist the bullying and tyranny of the Govt. If our public university educational system was working, many of us will not be paying millions in private universities neither will politicians’ kids be going abroad. Aluta Continua!”. He said
