Nigerians were drawn to a preacher in Lagos State who said that his church would no longer be collecting offerings.
In a widely shared video, the pastor was heard informing his congregation that due to the current state of affairs in the nation, offerings would no longer be accepted.
He said that it would be unjust to demand offerings from people in these days when they are spending more money on gas and transportation.
He stated that his church will not be collecting money from its members until the price of fuel is lowered. He urged all pastors to cease soliciting contributions from their followers. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
