Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has shared a personal and disappointing encounter with Grammy-winning superstar Burna Boy during a recent livestream with his fans.
Carter Efe recounted seeing the Afro-fusion artist in person, noting that Burna Boy seemed to notice him. “Do you know I saw Burna Boy yesterday? I saw Burna Boy yesterday and he kept staring at me,” he told his audience.
However, the moment soured when Carter Efe tried to approach the singer. “But his bouncers bounced me when I tried to approach him,” he revealed, indicating he was blocked by the artist’s security detail. He attributed the rebuff to the stringent measures in place, stating, “Their security is too tight.”
The skit maker admitted the incident affected him emotionally. “Ah God, I felt bad,” he concluded.
