Shehu Sani, the Former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central, has slammed the current regime of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) for failing in its promise to reduce poverty.
The National Bureau of Statistics on Thursday disclosed that about 133 million Nigerians are now in abject poverty.
Sani Who the faulted the Buhari’s led government took via his Twitter handle on Friday saying, “They promised to lift One hundred million people out of poverty; now they have officially thrown One hundred and thirty three million people into deeper poverty.”
