Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State, has said the house officers at the General Hospital, Odan, Lagos, are the state’s top priority.
Visiting the hospital Sunday, the Governor assured the doctors that their needs would be met and that they remained the state’s top priority at this time.
On 1st of August, 2023, a young female doctor, identified as Dr Vwaere Diaso, fell to her death in an elevator crash in the hospital building, freshreporters reports.
In a post on his Instagram handle, Babajide Sanwo-Olu reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of the house officers.
He said,
“I spoke to the house officers on the ground at the General Hospital Odan to assure them that they are our priorities.
