A suspected cable thief met a tragic end after being electrocuted while attempting to vandalize a transformer along Omuma Road in Aba.
The incident reportedly occurred around 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
Residents woke up to the shocking sight of the unidentified man’s body hanging from the transformer.
Authorities are yet to release further details as investigations continue.
