Nigerian singer, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, also known as Ruger, has officially announced his departure from the Jonzing World record label.
In January 2021, Ruger—who had previously been signed to DPrince’s label Jonzing World—announced his departure to launch Blownboy, his own record label.
The ‘Asiwaju’crooner decided to gamble on himself this year and posted on Tuesday, February 6, via his X handle: “Thank you to #thejonzingworld and #DPRINCEMAVIN for their belief in me and for helping me get this far. Without you, I could not have made it this far. Though I’m sorry to be leaving, God has the final say. This year, I’m placing a large wager on myself.
