Revolutionaries Uncovers Bags Of Money At Residence Of Ousted Gabonese President’s Son’s Aide

Revolutionaries reportedly uncovered suitcases full of various banknotes in the resident of ousted President Ali Bongo’s son chief of staff. This comes a day after the the ousted out from his seat.

The banknotes were found in Yann Ngulu’s house, the Chief of Staff to Nourredine Bongo, the eldest son of deposed President Ali Bongo.‌‌

In one of the trending videosmaking the rounds on X app (formerly Twitter) posted on Wednesday, the bags could be seen filled with bundles of CFA francs, dollars and Euros.

It could be noted that a group of top Gabonese military officers on Wednesday appeared on television to announce that they had taken power over the country following President Ali Bongo’s re-election after spending 14 years in power, freshreporters media reports.

His father, Omar Bongo, was in power for 42 years. The Bongo family have been in power for a total of 56 years which led to the coup and has since caused a groundbreaking on social media platforms.

Nourredine, who is the coordinator of presidential affairs that gave him the oversight of the administration, security and defence sectors, was also arrested on Wednesday for alleged corruption, embezzlement and treason. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>
