The remains of the late Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Taoreed Lagbaja, have arrived in Abuja for burial rites.
The Nigerian Air Force plane touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja at approximately 12:15 PM on Thursday, carrying the body of the late military chief.
The Service of Songs is scheduled to take place today, Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Army Headquarters Garrison Parade Ground, Mogadishu Cantonment, Abuja.
While the Funeral Service is scheduled for Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the National Christian Centre, located in Abuja’s Central Business District. The final interment will follow at the National Military Cemetery from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the same day. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
