Nigerian music star, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has landed in Benin City, the Edo state capital, ahead of his homecoming concert on 30th of August, 2024.
Rema who hails from Benin City, had announced in July that he would be hosting his concert at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.
The Edo State Governor had in December 2023 attempted to host the singer but failed due to health concerns.
Rema’s arrival in Benin City was announced via a video on X by his record label Mavin, on Tuesday, 27th of August, 2024.
