Barcelona manager, Xavi Hernandez, have identified potential cause of their loss to Paris Saint Germans in Champions League Quarter-finals.
According to Xavi, the officiating of the match was poor, stating that thr referee of the match destroyed the game.
Speaking during an interview, he stated, “It’s pointless to discuss about the game… the referee destroyed it all”.
“We can’t stay silent. He changed the game and the entire tie. It was a disaster”.
He continued, “It’s a pity, our Champions League is over due to referee’s mistake”.
“I just told the referee that he’s been a disaster. It’s the reality”.
Paris Saint-Germain defeated Barcelona 6-4 on aggregate after overcoming a late deficit to go to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
