An American based Ghanaian comedian, Michael Blackson has decried the level of racism he faced in America.

He reflected on how he was described as shit. In the interview, he said;

“One guy told me that “You look like under the bed with lîghts out.” And when you look under the bed, it’s very dârk. They told me that I look like I had no bright ideas. “

“They said the difference between me and midnight is 11:59. They said when God said “Let there be light” I was out of town. They told me I had to wear whîte gloves before I ate chocolate so I don’t bîte my finger cuz they’re invisible inside chocolate. “

“At first they made me regrét why I was born blãck but I later realized that blãck is gold and learned to live myself the way I am irrespectîve anybody’s opinion. “

“I’m a proũd blãck man, blãck is who I am, blãck is who I will always be and if you don’t like me us because we’re blãck then deal with it.” Michael Blackson. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
