Police Warns Nigerians About “Signing Guarantor For Someone You Know Nothing About”

The Nigeria Police Force spokesperson, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, warns Nigerians not to sign guarantor forms for people they don’t know much about.

Adejobi stressed that standing as a guarantor for someone unknown or untrustworthy should be avoided, because there may be potential trouble for guarantors in the future.

Freshreporters News reports that spokeperson advises that individuals should only stand as guarantors for people who they are familiar with and can vouch for them.

Arrest of Kidnapping Ring in Kaduna

The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested a lot of suspects linked to kidnappings and armed robberies in different areas of the state.

According to Mansir Hassan, the command’s spokesperson, security operatives arrested the suspects at their hideout in Nuba farm.

Basic investigations suggest their involvement in the abduction of the APC’s organizing secretary, Kawu Yakassai, and another victim, Adamu Muazu.
