The Police Service Commission (PSC) has dismissed reports circulating online about the commencement of recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force for 2025.
In a statement issued on Saturday by Ikechukwu Ani, Head of Press and Public Relations, the Commission disowned the viral advertorial, describing it as fictitious and diversionary.
Ani urged Nigerians to disregard the publication, stressing that the PSC has not released any official notice regarding police recruitment for the year.
He assured that when the recruitment exercise begins, due process will be strictly adhered to, adding that the Commission remains committed to conducting a credible, transparent, and equitable process.
Interested applicants, he noted, should remain patient and await official communication from the PSC.
