In a significant breakthrough, foot patrol officers from the Elere Division successfully apprehended an individual involved in a potentially dangerous act of vandalism.
At approximately 5 am today, the officers caught 18-year-old Ayo Olamide in the act of removing iron fasteners from the Agege railway track, raising concerns about the safety and integrity of the rail system.
The spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident and emphasized that the investigation is currently underway.
