Operatives of the Sokoto State police command hae arrested suspected armed Bandits terrorizing the state.
A police statement reveal that the suspects were arrested after they were identified as the gang terrorizing people around Tambuwal and Boɗinga in Sokoto state.
Law enforcement officials carried out a targeted operation based on intelligence reports and coordinated actions, which led to the arrest of the bandits responsible for the recent surge in insecurity in the area.
The bandits who were primarily kidnapping people for ransom were arrested with cache of arms and ammunition in their possession.
