Philip Shaibu, Edo State’s Deputy Governor, has won a factional Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary election in Edo State.
He won the parallel primary election by more than 301 votes.
Meanwhile, the Governor Godwin Obaseki branch of the party is yet to organize its own polls.
