The government of Osun State has warned Osun devotees, tourists and other participants of the annual Osun Osogbo Festival against drinking from the Osun River due to unseen contamination.
Rafiu Isamotu, the Commissioner for Health, gave the warning while speaking with the newsmen on Thursday in Osogbo, Osun state.
The Osun Osogbo Festival comes yearly to make a cultural event in Osun State.
