The Nigeria Federal Government and the organised labour have agreed on 70, 000 as the new National Minimum Wage.
This was the outcome of the latest meeting between President Bola Tinubu and leadership of the organised labour, which took place at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris disclosed this at the end of the meeting between the organized labour and the government at the presidential villa, Abuja.
The meeting was attended by Labour leaders, including the President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Joe Ajaero, and that of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), Festus Osifo.
