The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has unveiled a golden statue of First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, amongst others at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
Tinubu was reported to have arrived at the palace with other dignitaries for the official commissioning of ‘Senator Oluremi Tinubu Way’ as well as the unveiling of the Grand Pavilion and Monument at Obafemi Awolowo University, her alma mater, on Thursday, 10th of October, 2024.
The event was reported to have coincided with the birthday thanksgiving and celebration of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
