The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has celebrated the birthday of his twins, Ooreade and Oreade, as they clocked one.
In March 2024, the Ooni of Ife and his queen, Olori Tobi, joyfully welcomed twins into their family.
The celebration of the twins birthday was made known via a terse statement on the official X handle on the Ooni, on Sunday, 16th of March 2025.
The statement reads:
“One year ago, the Almighty King of Kings blessed the Royal House of Oduduwa with double joy — Ooreade and Oreade. “
“You are our priceless treasures, and we pray you grow to fulfill your dreams and aspirations.
