Ogun state Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun, cast his vote today in the Remo by-election and described the process as peaceful and orderly.
The Governor voted at his polling unit in Ward 3, Iperu, in the Remo North Local Government Area, which is part of the constituency holding the by-election.
Speaking to journalists after casting his ballot, Abiodun praised the conduct of the election, commending the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a smooth and efficient process.
He noted the calm atmosphere and high level of compliance by voters and electoral officials.
“From what I have seen and the reports I’m getting, the process has been peaceful and orderly,” Abiodun said.
