Obidient Movement Unveils New Logo Ahead of 2027 General Election

In preparation for the 2027 general elections, the leadership of the Obidient Movement on Tuesday, 25th of February 2025, unveiled a new logo.

A statement issued by Tanko Yunusa, the National Coordinator, Obidient Movement said that the new logo embodies the essence of the Obidient family and their values.

Yunusa said at the heart of the emblem is the image of the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi who he described as a leader with a life integrity, humility and tireless service.

According to him, Obi’s service to the Obidient family and the people of Nigeria has inspired a movement rooted in accountability, competence, and compassion.

He said,

“His face on this logo is more than a reflection of an individual, it represents the collective hope of millions who believe that governance should serve the people, not the privileged few.

“This logo is a bold declaration of our commitment to justice, equity, and the pursuit of a better Nigeria a nation where merit prevails over mediocrity, where every citizen’s voice matters, and where leadership is anchored in transparency and public good.

“As we unveil this symbol, we reaffirm that the Obidient Movement is not just about one man it is about all of us who refuse to accept the status quo. It is about a new generation rising to demand better, work harder, and dream bigger,” Yunusa noted.

He also said that the new logo would serve as a constant reminder to members of the Obidient Movement that their mission which is beyond politics is a moral call to build a country that works for all.
