Prince Oluwamuyiwa Adejobi, the Nigeria Police Force Public Relation Officer has taken steps to educate the public on cybersecurity, providing information on how to avoid being scammed.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, in a post via his X handle on Sunday, 2nd of June, advised everyone to be vigilant in order not to fall victim.
He wrote:
“Do you know that cybercriminals can call you that you have a Zoom meeting with your colleagues, coursemate or friends? Please ignore, and do not provide the 6-digit code as requested by the cyber criminals, your first line of defence in cybersecurity is awareness.
“Discover crucial tips from the NPF-NCCC (Cyber Hawks) to enhance your online security.
