Rescue teams on Saturday pulled nine people from the debris of a collapsed building on Oremeta Street in the Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos State.
The building, a multi-storey structure, still under construction, collapsed around 8 am, taking residents and passersby by surprise.
It also housed the well-known EqualRight Restaurant, a popular hangout in the neighborhood.
While the exact cause of the collapse remains uncertain, some residents said they had previously raised alarms about the building’s structural integrity. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>>
