The Nigerian Army has stated that its troops of 34 Artillery Brigade have neutralised alleged gunmen and arrested suspected members of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples Of Biafra, IPOB and the Eastern Security Network in Imo State of Nigeria.
This is coming after a tweet was shared by the HQNigerianArmy on it official Twitter account.
However, the Nigerian army recovered some weapons in the process of the battle.
In the recent development on its Twitter handle, the Nigerian Army revealed that the fear was recorded after a fierce gun battle along Orlu-Orsu road on Monday 25th of April, 2022.
