Brigadier General J. Ibrahim, the new Commander, Seventh Division Garrison, Nigerian Army, has called for improved collaboration between the Army and the zonal command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC in Maiduguri, the capital city of Borno State.
General Ibrahim made the call on Tuesday, during a courtesy visit to Maiduguri anti-graft Zonal Commander, Shuaibu Umar, in his office.
