Nigeria Vice President Kashim Shettima has emphasised that Nigeria will experience robust economic activity in 2025.
Shettima was seen saying this in a video shared by the President’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, on Thursday, 2nd of January, 2025 via the X page.
According to Shettima, the economy has started picking up, and in the coming weeks, Nigerians will start smiling for the better.
Shettima said:
“I believe we have turned a corner. Insha Allah, we shall have robust economic activity in the New Year.
“The economy has started picking up, and in the coming weeks and months, Nigerians will start smiling for the better.
“We are working assiduously with the National Assembly to develop robust solutions to our national challenges.
“There is no nation that is immune to the economic headwinds across the world. The crisis in Ukraine and many other global crises are affecting us because we are part of the global economy.
