Niger state gov condoles with deputy over wife’s d£ath

The Governor of Niger state, Umar Bago, has mourned the death of the wife of his deputy, Hajiya Zainab Garba, describing her death as a great loss to the state,

This was made known in a statement by the chief press secretary to the governor, Bologi Ibrahim, on Tuesday, 2nd of July 2024.

The statement titled ‘Famer Governor Umaru Bago mourns the wife of his Deputy Hajiya Zainab Garba’ reads:

“Niger State Governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has expressed sadness over the death of the wife of his Deputy, Hajiya Zainab Garba.

“The farmer Governor, in a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, described the death of the wife of his Deputy as a great loss to the State. He said it is indeed devastating news and a trying moment not only for his Deputy but the government and the entire people of the State.

“The farmer Governor, while commiserating with his Deputy over the loss, encouraged him to see the demise of his wife as an act of Allah, and be consoled by the fact that the deceased lived a good life. He said the State Executive Council share in his loss and will provide every needed support at this moment of grief.

“The farmer Governor then prayed to Allah to forgive all the shortcomings of the deceased and grant her Aljanna Firdausi. He also prayed that Allah will comfort his Deputy, and all Nigerlites.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
