Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency,NDLEA have nabbed 28 individuals including a pregnant woman, a nursing mother and a 200-level varsity student with 9,437.6 kilograms of cannabis and 138,053 tablets of pharmaceutical opioids among others.
This was disclosed in a statement issued out on the twitter handle of the NDLEA today, Sunday.
These people were arrested by the operatives during NDLEA’s operations across 12 states in Nigeria.
According to report, the state which the persons were arrested includes; Yobe, Ondo, Edo, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Imo, Jigawa, Kogi, Adamawa, Kaduna, Kwara, Lagos state and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.
