The National Assembly have unanimously endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the next president for a second term in the 2027 general election.
Speaking at the APC National Summit held at the Presidential Villa, the Senate president, Godswill Akpabio, alongside the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudden Abbas, jointly announced the House’ collective decision to back Tinubu for a second term.
Akpabio formally moved the motion for Tinubu’s endorsement, which was seconded by Abass.
