Celebrity bartender, Pascal Okechukwu, professionally known as Cubana Chief Priest bas shown his excitement after a Federal High Court in Lagos struck out a charge against him over alleged naira abuse.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC had on 17th of April, 2024 arraigned Okechukwu on a three-count charge for allegedly spraying and tampering with Naira notes during a social event at Eko Hotel in Lagos.
Justice Kehinde Ogundare, however, on Tuesday, 25th of June, 2024, struck out the charge following the adoption of terms of settlement between parties to the suit.
Showing his excitement via his Instagram account on Tuesday, Okechukwu wrote:
“Thank you God as my case is struck out, CP the defendant is cautioned & discharged. Thank You #officialefcc 🦅 & my legal team being headed by Chikaosolu Ojukwu Senior Advocate Of 🇳🇬, now let’s get straight to the venue for #ChiVido2024💐 with 💯 composure & steeze.
